Melt each color of candy wafers separately in the painter’s palette, according to package instructions.
Use the brushes from the painter’s palette to paint the details in each of the mold cavities with either the vanilla or milk chocolate flavored candy wafers. Chill 1-2 minutes between each color.
Insert lollipop sticks into each stick channel in the mold cavities, so that approximately 1" of one end of the stick is in the melted wafers. Rotate the stick by rolling it, so that end of stick becomes completely covered with melted wafers. Chill 10-15 minutes.
Cut styrofoam rectangle into the shape of a large paw. Paint with light brown paint. Allow to dry 30 minutes. Paint paw pads on each paw with dark brown paint. Allow to dry 30 minutes. Insert a lollipop stick halfway into the bottom of the styrofoam paw.
Decorate pet dish with stickers. Insert the styrofoam square into the pet dish. Insert the other end of the lollipop stick that’s already inserted into the styrofoam paw, into the styrofoam square in the pet dish, so that the styrofoam paw is standing up in the pet dish.
Once lollipops are finished and have reached room temperature, insert them into the styrofoam square, in front of the styrofoam paw.
