Spring Fresh Cookies
Supplies:
1 pound Make'n Mold milk chocolate flavored candy wafers¼ pound each of desired colors of Make'n Mold candy wafers1 bottle Make'n Mold creme de menthe flavoring oil1 Make'n Mold painter's palette (5775)1 Make'n Mold microwavable dipping tray20 sandwich cookiesWaxed paper-lined cookie sheet
Melt milk chocolate flavored candy wafers in microwavable dipping tray according to package instructions. Add 3 drops of flavoring oil and stir. Using fork, completely cover cookies with melted wafers. Tap fork on edge of tray to remove excess wafers. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet and chill 10-15 minutes.Meanwhile, melt desired colors in painter's palette according to package instructions. Use brush from painter's palette to create a floral decoration on the top of each cookie. Chill 10-15 minutes. Once cookies are finished and have reached room temperature, place in Make'n Mold treat bags (5900) and secure with tie or tag.

Melt dark chocolate flavored candy wafers in the painter's palette according to package instructions. Use brushes from painter's palette to color the details in the candy mold with melted wafers. Chill 1-2 minutes.Meanwhile, melt vanilla candy wafers according to package instructions. Then fill each cavity in the candy mold with vanilla wafers. Place lollipop sticks in each stick channel in the mold, being sure that the end that's in the melted wafers is covered with melted wafers. Chill mold 10-15 minutes. Spread a thin layer of marshmallow filling across the bottom of one cookie. Place the bottom of the second cookie on top of the marshmallow filling and gently press together to make into a sandwich. Melt vanilla candy wafers according to package instructions. Dip each cookie sandwich into the melted wafers. Use a spatula to lift cookies out of the melted wafers. Shake off excess candy wafers, then place dipped cookies on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill 10-15 minutes. Place 2 finished lollipops on another waxed paper-lined cookie sheet with the paws at the bottom and the sticks crossed like an X. Place a cookie on top of the X so that just the paws are sticking out. If the lollipop sticks are too long and are showing at the top of the cookie, then cut them down a little bit. Set the cookie aside and spoon melted wafers over the crossed lollipop sticks. Place the cookie on top of the melted wafers and press down gently. Repeat with remaining cookie sandwiches. Chill 20 minutes. Use brushes and remaining wafers from the painter's palette to paint critter faces on each of the cookie sandwiches. Chill 1-2 minutes.
