Melt candy wafers in painter’s palette according to package instructions. Use brushes from painter's palette to paint the details in each mold cavity with melted wafers. Chill 1-2 minutes between each color. Fill each mold cavity with desired back color of melted wafers.
Place lollipop sticks in stick channel of mold, with at least 1" of the stick inserted into the melted wafers. Rotate stick to completely cover the end with melted wafers. Chill 10-15 minutes.
Cut a 7" circle, a 4" circle, a 4" x 23" strip and a 2" x 15" strip out of the paper. Spray top of box covers and outsides of boxes with adhesive. Apply paper circles to tops of appropriate box covers. Apply strips of paper around the outsides of the appropriate boxes.
Glue ½" ribbon and miniature bows around outside of each box cover. Glue wooden die-cuts around outside of each box.
Insert styrofoam into appropriate boxes. Replace covers. Drill 2 holes in small box. Arrange small box on top of large box where desired. Drill 6 holes into the large box, around the small box.
Once lollipops are finished and have reached room temperature, insert into the drilled holes to complete centerpiece.
