The Witch's Hat

This party centerpiece is as easy to make as it is to display.Make 

Supplies:

¼ pound Make’n Mold milk chocolate flavored candy wafers (6130)
¼ pound Make’n Mold vanilla candy wafers(6140)
¼ pound Make’n Mold yellow candy wafers (6170)
¼ pound Make’n Mold orange candy wafers (6165)
¼ pound Make’n Mold red candy wafers (6190)
Make’n Mold painter’s palette (5775)
Make’n Mold Witchey Lollipop candy mold (1081)
18 Make’n Mold 6" lollipop sticks (5005)
6" x 12" black witch's hat
2" x 12" styrofoam cone (to fit inside hat)
10" x 10" x 1" styrofoam square

Melt candy wafers in painter’s palette according to package instructions.

Use brushes from painter’s palette to paint details in each mold cavity with melted wafers. Chill 1-2 minutes between colors. Fill mold cavities with desired back color.

Insert lollipop sticks into stick channels of mold, with at least 1" of the stick inserted into the melted wafers. Rotate stick to completely cover the end with melted wafers.

Chill 10-15 minutes.

Insert styrofoam cone into point of hat.

Place hat on styrofoam square.

Cut 18 small slits around base of hat.

Insert finished lollipops through the slits and into the styrofoam.

Arrange finished miniature candy pieces around the hat as desired.

 

 

Frightening Marshmallow Pops

Marshmallows dipped in Make'n Mold candy wafers make this treat bucket fun for adults and kids alike. 

Supplies:Make

¾ pound Make’n Mold vanilla candy wafers (6140)
¼ pound Make’n Mold milk chocolate flavored candy wafers (6130)
¼ pound Make ’n Mold orange candy wafers (6165)
Make’n Mold Ghost & Boo Miniature mold (1076)
Make’n Mold caramel (6800)
Large piece of styrofoam
Make’n Mold painter’s palette (5775)
3 Make’n Mold microwaveable trays (5700)
15 Make’n Mold cookie sticks (5008)
30 jumbo marshmallows

Heat caramel according to instructions on the container. Insert a lollipop stick through 1-2 marshmallows, end to end. Dip marshmallows into melted caramel, then insert into the large piece of styrofoam to set. Chill 10-15 minutes.

Melt vanilla, orange and milk chocolate flavored candy wafers in painter’s palette, according to package instructions. Use brushes from painter’s palette to paint details in each mold cavity with melted wafers. Chill 1-2 minutes between colors. Fill mold cavities with a desired back color. Chill 10-15 minutes.

Melt vanilla, orange and milk chocolate flavored candy wafers separately in microwaveable trays, according to package instructions.

Dip caramel covered marshmallows into any color of melted wafers. Insert into the large piece of styrofoam to set. Chill 10-15 minutes.

Once marshmallow pops are finished and have set, apply a small amount of melted wafers to the back of each miniature piece, then attach 1 or 2 miniatures to the front of the finished marshmallows.

 

Halloween Cookie Toppers

Yummy, yummy sandwich cookies dipped in Make'n Mold candy wafers offer a sweet cookie treat this Halloween. 

Supplies:Make

1 pound Make’n Mold milk chocolate flavored candy wafers (6130)
½ pound Make’n Mold candy wafers in Halloween colors
Make’n Mold Halloween Coin mold (1068)
2-3 drops Make’n Mold peppermint oil
1 Make’n Mold microwaveable tray (5700)
Make’n Mold painter’s palette (5775)

20 Chocolate sandwich cookies 

Melt milk chocolate flavored candy wafers in microwaveable tray, according to package instructions. Stir in peppermint oil. Melt the rest of the colored wafers in the painter’s palette, according to instructions.

Dip cookies into milk chocolate flavored candy wafers. Place on waxed paper and chill 10-15 minutes.

Use brush from the painter’s palette to paint details in each of the mold cavities with the various colored wafers. Paint only one color in each cavity at a time. Chill 1-2 minutes between colors in each mold cavity. Once painted areas are finished and set, fill the remainder of each mold cavity with a desired back color. Then tap mold onto flat surface to remove air bubbles. Chill 10-15 minutes.

Once dipped cookies and molded pieces are finished and have reached room temperature, brush melted wafers onto the back of the molded coins. Attach one molded coin to the top of each of the dipped cookies. Hold 5 seconds to secure.
