Melt candy wafers in painter’s palette, according to package instructions. Use the brush from the painter’s palette to paint the details in each lollipop and miniature mold cavity with melted wafers. Chill 1-2 minutes between each color.
Fill each daisy cavity with desired back color. Insert lollipop stick into each stick channel in the mold, so that at least 1" of the end of the lollipop stick is covered with melted wafers. Rotate sticks with your fingers so that they are completely covered with melted wafers. Chill 10-15 minutes.
Place styrofoam piece in the bottom of watering can, and top with Excelsior. Tie ½" width ribbons around handle of the watering can.
Once candy pieces are finished, drop a small amount of melted wafers onto the back of the finished miniature candy pieces. Attach to the middle of each daisy. Set aside 1-2 minutes.
Insert finished lollipops into watering can, arranging as desired. (Note: Cut ends of sticks at varying lengths for a more attractive display.)
